Learn by Doing Photography Assignment #26 Low Key Photography

Last week we took high key photos and this week we move on to low key photography. You can get a good idea of low key photography by just searching, check these images out -> Low Key Photography

The picture below if of my daughter I took awhile back. With camps this week and summer in full swing I wasn’t able to find the time to take the picture I wanted with them. I will make the time next week…  The histogram below is from the picture. Note how far to the left the histogram goes. For this image I used the window light. The room itself was rather dark so my only light source was the light coming in from the window.
