Inspiring Photography in Architecture

This week on Learn by Doing Photography you were going to venture downtown and photograph some architecture. I have done it quite a few times just to practice, I need it! Taking on multiple buildings or a single building or even zooming in to a small part of a building can test your compositional skills. These photographers below all did amazing job at capturing the architecture around them. Whether going for the entire city or one small aspect of a building.  I hope you find these photos as inspiring as I did.

  1. Hi Amy,
Sincere appreciation for using 1 of my pixs. Great work there…keep it up.
My pic that you featured is actually a HDR & composite. The moon was added post-edit. Anyone who likes to share techniques or queries, please email me :)
    Keep shooting ! (^_^)//

    Cheers from Jensen

  2. Thank-you for sharing!

I have a question for you… What editing software did you use to create the HDR photo?

    Thanks!

  3. Hi Amy,
I’m a Canon EOS system user…the HDR software
is found in the Digital Professional Program that
came with camera purchase. Awesome software…
